We made some very minor changes and really focused on diet. A lot of the IIFYM stuff was left off the table and it was a clean bulk with increasing cals focusing on using sugar for larger insulin spikes post workout. I believe this helped by keeping insulin sensitivity up and only abusing dirty foods post workout. Off season was 5 months. Last year she was 118lbs @8.9%. This year her waist is a half inch larger than onstage at 5ft 132lbs.
