Whell I am back suckas!getting my prep in order to do a show in 14 weeks
my body fat is a little whack right now guestimating it to be around 14% so Ive got some work to be done...
starting off with 4 days a week cardio, training mountain dog training 4 days a week as well
aside from taking blackstone epi smash, i am 100% natty right now.
Weight is around 175 right now. I hope to hit stage in the med to lower 150s this time.
macros to start are 43g protein, 43g carbs, 14g fat per meal
Meals are going to be rice/chicken with green veggies with at least 2/6 meals
Intra WO using Carbonx by VPX, with Animal Rage and Dymatize Creatine
For protein powder I will be probably using Isolyze or ON Gold Standard.
