Mostly figured out my training was off and learned to connect my mind with the muscle as far as I am concerned with diet. It means nothing besides health. My main diet is trail mix canned beans rice and ramen noodles and fast food. Controlling calories is the method not how much protein you eat. I want to share my best progress photos so far with you.
