Peptides are not a scam, some sellers of peptides are scammers. This happen with ALL black market items. Buyer beware.
I am a believer in peptides being the wiser choice. There is much information here in the peptide forum

Chances are your sleep issue are not GH related. Your at the age where they are the highest. Have you had blood work done? I would not think peptides would be your first line of attack.
I have worked shoulders with chest and with back. Currently looks like this
Mon-Chest/tri
Wed-Led
Fri-Back/Shoulders/Bi
I train core on Tu/Th/Sat after doing fasted cardio
Thank you and yes these are simple basic of peptides. Peptides can be used in various ways to help with fat loss and lean muscle gain. It' is knowing how to time peptides with other things to get the desired result, which can vary from person to person.

Your body wants to see pulse of GH as it would naturally. Peptides block Somatostatin, which is chemical the blocks the release of GH. Simply a GHRP blocks this chemically which then allow you to release your natural GH. Combine it with Mod GRF(1-29) and you see a synergistic effect(larger...

Your are right. GHRP blocks Somatostatin to allow for your pituitary to release natural GH. So if the pituitary is not working correctly and producing GH then there would be nothing for it to release and in that case a person only choice would be to use SYN GH.
I'm not saying that the oral version is better. My point is if a large company want to spend money on clinical trials, there got be something to the peptides. I also use injection, never tried orals, but I am a firm believer that peptides are the better choice when compared to SYN GH.
hmm... Not to offend you, however if you can only do 6 or 7 pulls up then IMO your got a weak back. I'm currently weighing in about 235-240 with long arm and I can do 12/10/8 give or take a couple reps. Maybe it was just instill in me when I first started training that pull ups were most...
