    The liver is an amazing organ. A 8oz piece of it is enough to regenerate a whole new liver. 200mg is a bit overkill but it's probably not bs. 150 is the most I've heard & the on/off is a safer method.

    If you want to grow the chest then 2 times a week is a must. Do 4 exercises each day & committ one day to exercises using dumbells & the smithmachine. If you don't feel the muscle fibers when you close your eyes & push the weight up, then weight is too light or your form is wrong.

    Next cycle

    I ended my last cycle doing 200 test, 200 mast, 200 tren, 100 tbol, 20 Haltestin, 150 anavar, & .5 armidex every day with 500 semorlin. I am debating on doing the same cycle again or changing things up. This cycle was perfect & I'm not sure what I can add to improve. Any thoughts?

    No sleep aids, I think it's really dose dependent. I had the same issue at 500 a week.

    I run 1400 mg a week & I notice I have sex drive, sweats, but no real mood changes, but I sleep at least 6hrs a night, drink a lot of water, & take a daily vitamin & mineral supplement.

    16 Week cutting cycle - need advice

    I would run the injectables at 100 Ed & add tren a Ed with 100 t3 divided 2x a day. The rest of you cycle seems solid, but you need a diet plan too.
