I've known about and have used the extensive knowledge here at TID for over a year now. I lost the information for my old account so I just decided to create a new one. I'll give a quick little bio about myself and just want to thank everyone in advance for their hospitality and wealth of knowledge. I didn't find my way into or my love for the gym till my early 20s when I was in the service. I'm going on 30 now and have learned a lot about my body and myself since my early 20's. I realize like anything I still have alot to learn and look forward to being further educated by fellow members here at TID.

Enough - I step by due to the football euphoria in europe with TV broadcast in the gym ...
and soccer (the right word for the football here) is so boring - that's what made me lift so much for my habits.
Now I am so tired but still don't care about my country in this UEFA game
