Why at 43 do I have a zit on the side of my neck and I had another on my back a few days ago..am I going through the change?

Are you able to wash your back thoroughly? Serious question. I can't reach behind my back anymore (i can, but it feels like my shoulder is gonna break) so we picked up a back scrubber brush. Awesome investment.

I have no idea what is going on at my back there could be a colony of fleas,crabs..maybe some smurfs back there I don't know I would pay someone hansomly for them to shave my back.
