Sadly, I slept. Finished a 16 hour shift and was off by 6:30 am. I should have just went to the gym and ground it out. But I thought I would get up around 11 am or noon prior to my start of my next 16 hour shift. Didn't happen and it gets me sideways when I don't work out. So as I prepped for work, I grabbed my gym bag and it's gonna happen tomorrow morning regardless!
