Legs, back, bi’s and neck.

I was sleepy through my workout this morning.

And rear delts

went to sauna and fell asleep for 5 mins after

Sadly, I slept. Finished a 16 hour shift and was off by 6:30 am. I should have just went to the gym and ground it out. But I thought I would get up around 11 am or noon prior to my start of my next 16 hour shift. Didn't happen and it gets me sideways when I don't work out. So as I prepped for work, I grabbed my gym bag and it's gonna happen tomorrow morning regardless!

Skipped gym and spent afternoon with my wife . Got us a new rideing husqvarna mower . And its rained for 3 days! Today the sun was back and couldn't wait to get it going.
