Wednesday is my off day, no training today. Yesterday I hit shoulders: 2 sets light dumbbells then 3 working sets, 3 sets lateral dumbbell raises, 4 sets rear delts on the pec/rear delt machine, 3 sets standing OHP. Always one minute rest on compounds, 30 seconds on isolation. Closed with a quick bi-tri pump no-rest superset: hammers and body weight triceps push-off's. 10 minutes in the treadmill to cool down.
actually had to get my weight session in, in the morning today which I hate. It's my father inlaws birthday thing tonight. Hate am session never feel as strong and I sweat nuts the rest of the day
I had to go cut brush at the lodge, and hauled it back home to burn after it dries out. I did some ez-bar curls when I was waiting for a computer to boot, if that counts. Also I did some IronMind gripper work and calf raises, but that's like nearly a daily thing for me. I probably won't have gym time until Friday afternoon.
I did deadlifts for speed, 315 x 5 sets of 3 today (Monday).
Saturday we did strongman training: Axle Strict OH Press, 215 x 3 x 2; Deadlift 495 x 3 x 3; Frame carries 230 x 3 x 50'; Super Medley: 270 sandbag, 200 keg; 200 husafel stone; tire drag 315; all for 50' each.
