What's New?

Your preffered training time? (am/evening/pm, etc)

Performance increases with an evening workout but as several before has said its much easier to get workouts in the early AM. Big box gyms are loaded with kids camping out and talking at every apparatus. I save my evenings for cardio outside

Used to train in the evenings. But after 50, I started training in the early AM, as I have more strength and energy.

5 to 6 pm. Is normal. I dont like mornings at all. And in a place with no ac and the humidity is 100% or worse, its like ac when youre done and walk outside.

Interesting you mention that b/c I always turn off the fans and turn the ac down so I sweat like a whore in church when I train.

I sweat gallons even with the AC on blast. I've been a morning trainer for as long as I remember. Of course morning is relative and it's now 16 or 1700.

I prefer working out a hour upon wakeup , I feel I have more energy during the morning. Energy levels start to crash close to evening n night.

I tend to hit it around 2-3pm after lunch settles. Or around 5-6pm of work drags out. 2-3pm is optimum for me right after lunch settles.

My ideal time to workout is around 11am-1pm ramge. But I usually workout around 3-530am range because of work.
