Filet Mignon however as long as its lean Sirloin is good as well.

Ever considered rocking with a cast iron skillet to cook your steaks? Copped one a couple months ago.

Sear both sides after putting coarse salt and fresh ground peppercorn and put it in the oven with a thermometer in it... Best steaks I've had other than Ruth's Chris, and that's how they cook it.

I made 4 pounds of london broil the other night... If you marinade it and grill on a high heat and then let it rest for a while before cutting it, then slice thin across the grain I think its probably one of the better cuts of beef, especially considering the price. However; screw up the cooking or cut it wrong and you're eating a pair of timberland work boots

Free range, grass fed ribeye. Give it to me damn near raw. Walk past the stove with it and put it on a plate. Doesn't even need any seasoning. Plenty of natural flavor.

Like the variety of a porterhouse or T-bone; one side of the bone is meat flavored pudding the way I cook it. Love the ribeye to; easiest to cook (harderst to ruin). Leaner cuts I think are trickier to make rare; sear it (cast iron works the best IMO); throw it in the oven for 10 on 300F; then rest in tinfoil for 20. Cooks itself in it's juices...instant culinary boner....don't you dare put steak sauce on it.
