No clue. I drink about 16oz coffee in the morning. 8 more around 10. 8 more around 1. 8 more around 4 or 5.

Same. I have no idea really. Non-training days probably 16oz coffee in the morning, another 8-16oz about 2pm and another 8-16 around 5-6pm. If it's a training day toss in 3 scoops of Jack3d or C4.

Too much lol. About 600mg on work/training days and 400mg on off days. I use caffeine tabs.

Two cups of coffee in the mornings, and then when I train, my prework out has about another 200mg, Then when there is some in soda, or other things I dont track. I know if I get to much, It keeps me awake at night.

10oz when I wake up, around 11pm, and another 20oz during shift...usually finished all of my caffeine intake by 5am...

Used to be near 1000/day. Thankfully I was able to break that habit. Still probably around 400-500 though on a normal day.

No idea on milligrams, but since we picked up the new Keurig that also brews pots of coffee, I'd say 2 pots a day.

Just was curious, I know I used to always be around 1000 a day. Wonder how bad that is for you?

Same here. I doubt I could get by without a minimum of 300 mgs per day.

I used to be just 1 cup in the morning and lift. I thought I had a problem but seeing what you guys do makes me feel better. haha Running a business requires caffeine!
