Same. I have no idea really. Non-training days probably 16oz coffee in the morning, another 8-16oz about 2pm and another 8-16 around 5-6pm. If it's a training day toss in 3 scoops of Jack3d or C4.
Two cups of coffee in the mornings, and then when I train, my prework out has about another 200mg, Then when there is some in soda, or other things I dont track. I know if I get to much, It keeps me awake at night.
I used to be just 1 cup in the morning and lift. I thought I had a problem but seeing what you guys do makes me feel better. haha Running a business requires caffeine!
