I'm going to be doing Blackstone's DMZ 4 week stack. Throw in fish oil, MSM, Omega 3, multi-vitamin, vitamin C, D, and E and some beta alanine/arginine pre workout and some creatine post workout and I think I'm good....or full from pills.


You bet!!! Looking forward to seeing the results.

I don't cycle anymore. Not for the time being at least. Trying to find out how low I can go while still looking good and dense.

1 spoonful coconut oil
1 multivitamin tab
2 tea spoons of cinnamon
2 table spoons of cider vinegar
2 tea spoons of cod liver oil
1 1/2 table spoons of milled flaxseed
30 grams of egg white powder
4500 mgs of garlic form 3 tabs
1500 mgs of metformin on prescription to control my diabetes

Also about 3500 calories containing 45% protein 25% carbs 30% fats

interesting, i was in Europe for 3 months recently and only had my TRT. I was on 200-300 mg/w and I felt great in and out of the gym. not just in the weight gym either. I was running and grappling too so seemed like at the top or 50% over the top of normal range had me in a good place just with test and a little bit of hCG.
