I was honestly happy dead lifting 315x15 in my feeble post contest prep stage today... I am doing a deload type week and a 3 day split with active recovery cardio ... Felt good to stimulat lower back and legs though with the added calories.... Went for a short run later on with the dog and chased it with a casein shake with a Honduras organic banana blended in there and some cinnamon

Medium grip semi supinated pullups with +115lbs for 7 reps

Incline bench 315 for 9 reps after 4 sets of flat bench, 3 sets of dumbbells and the stack on flys (200lbs.) + a 25 for 20 reps.

similar to jhotsauce up there; 5x10 deadlift pyramid finished it with 365x10

man, I'm just happy to go up in weight each week..regardless of if it's the 2.5 or a 10 :)

Strict 285lb BB row for a solid 6...

After losing roughly 20lbs over the last three months.

Small victory.

Pulled 330 for a double yesterday, have until April (my next meet) to pull 418. All appears to be on track.

Goal for 2014 is to pull 440 in the 130lb class; 412 is the NZ record right now.

Not freaky yet... but soon !! Once I get back up to 4PPS which will be 3xbw then we're moving. That's an easy 418 in my avi, I'd be struggling with 350 right now so I have plenty of work to get done.

Sorry to hear about your shoulder BigW, hope it's nothing too serious. Big pressing for good reps there, very impressive buddy!
