2016 was a crazy year for me. Hand surgery in May and then 2 breaks to the same hand. But 2017 started out with a bang; my wife had our beautiful daughter in January!
Anwho, just wanted to drop in and say wudup. I intend to be more active on here again this year.
Current stats are 210lbs at 6' and around 12%. Down from 230lbs before the broken hand. My journey back to 230 and beyond starts now and I figured I could always use the Den for motivation...
