Had to combine Thurs and Friday with some tweaking because of work schedules and a busy weekend....

ha...yea...was sucking air pretty good afterwards...still getting used to rep ranges over 5, lol...foam rolling the quads the day after was pure HELL...

decent day...those 10 reps were much harder than expected...

crazy sore...felt every rep from yesterday today...on a plus side this specific session is starting to get easier, so will most likely increase weight following next week...

No lie, lucky if I had 6hrs of sleep in the 48+ hrs prior to this session...it took everything I had not to skip today...
