Today was a good day , everything felt great , pushed the squat holds a bit again , no walk out on the top set just holds but it was groovy.

Worked top sets in a progression for the paused deads and bench , was fun stuff.

I ended up cutting out Pendlays and Shrugs today for the "deload" action. So it was a bit of a volume reduction in one way ,,,, but that is sort of an illusion being I added in the 2nd round of back off sets haahahaha.

it breaks right now around 665 from there up i have to strap up

I do use them on high volume days with a lot of heavy singles just to keep my hands from being torn up too bad, dl bar is just 6months old or so and still got her teeth.

This is my last heavy dynamic and yeah I needed to strap up for it no belt on though.

Been trying to work beltless more n more

455 on the bar, grey bands go from 260 to 330 at the top and 60lbs of chains around 45lbs cleared the floor with the mishang.

All in all with the math this is 760 just off the floor and 830 at the top weighing 203
