Today was fyah! everything was flying , at one point i checked the clock twice cus i thought it had stopped ,, sets just seemed to fly by today.
Fire was burning hot in the forge , head was in a good place , body felt good and the intensity got dialed up on the accessories , all in all a damn good work out.
