Today went well , added some weight onto the bar , leg still has a big knot in it once its under a load but I got in a decent day over all nothing to complain about.
Everything went well , adding weight is a sign of things healing up so I'll take that as progress.Thankful God has allowed me to keep doing this.
A lot to be thankful for this year. By time time I'm done saying Grace tomorrow we're gonna have to reheat supper.
