anyone here ever heard of the x-rep routines which are usually shown throughout ironman magazine/i've got a few of the books downloaded but realy don't understand it ompletely. any help would be appreciated,thnx...the roc.
From what I understand the reps are all partial reps in a zone that the person feels work the muscle the most with very heavy weights. If you've ever seen Ronnie Coleman or Jay Cutler train you'll notice that some of the work they do is never a full rep and its a half rep or even shorter sometimes.
It honestly seems more popular with guys at the peak of anabolics, slin, gh and peptide use rather than anyone else.
