i have been having bad wrist pain the past 2 weeks. Possible tendinitis. It started the day after heavy back with the grips. Is there a way to work around it or should i just stay off it for a week. i gave myself 3 day rest and it did not help. How long does wrist tendinitis take to heal?

tendinitis can take weeks to heal. Or never heal. Are you running GH?

Are you new to fat gripz ? I am going to assume that is what you mean by "gripz". If not please correct me. It could be just soreness .

Minimal if it helps, however stanazolol will make it worse.
I'd add some Cissus and Aflu-top.

Low dose nandrolone-phenylpropinonate would help, would be better than a-var.
However the negative sides from N-phen-prop are another thing , bad may outway the good.

rest would be best. I know it sucks to sit it out. Methlyprednisolone is what Im always prescribed for tendonitis. That and rest. Works great.

Other things to try:

- ice
- rest
- active recovery training - are you going heavy all the time the same way, or deloading occasionally
- OTC bromelain & Turmeric - anti-inflammatories
- are u regularly taking EFAs?
