Hi, ladies!

I was wondering if any of you use apps to track your workouts? I use my iPhone as my iPod since the new puppy ate my last iPod and found a couple of apps, but they are limited to the exercises they think only apply for a certain muscle group.

Thanks in advance for your opinions.

No i don't use anything for my workouts its all in my head ;) but if you are looking to track your progress or need something to help motivate you then i think its a great idea.

I have a lot of workouts in my head, but I just figured it might be good to keep track somewhat. I know when I have progress but at times I guess I need a visual. :)

Yeah I can do a notebook, too, I just figured it would be less to carry around. Can't beat old school, though. :)

LOL, I just hate dealing with my phone...now when I get the new Galaxy Note....I might switch! ;) But to be honest, I love my notebook logs...it's like having actual books to read or writing out my school notes instead of typing...I'm weird like that.

It makes for discipline! That's an admirable quality.

I went new school a few years ago. easier to spot trends, etc. I used Gym Buddy for about a year on my iPhone. Recently switched to FitList, also an iPhone app.
