Workout time: Morning or Afternoon?

Would you rather workout in the morning or afternoon?

I am liking the mornings, I get in the gym around 3-3:30, no one there. I been having a problem sleeping, the time difference from Africa to here is 6 hours so yeah. I went yesterday afternoon and just don't feel I got what I did this morning. Only problem is there are no women to look at that early, guess thats a good thing.

Always prefered training in the morning, feel I have more energy and if I don't eat before I go I'm burning off BF rather than the food I've consumed before I train.

Ive never been able to train in the morning. My body is just adjusted to working out in the after noon. Usually around 6 I get my best workouts. Just wired all day from work..

Agreed I have tried mornings can't do it.i read an article that the best time to train was in the afternoon.

If I had my preference it would be mornings...problem is my schedule makes it hell getting up early so I have been hitting the gym at 9pm lately during the weekends, and whenever I can fit it in during the week....which is usually around 6 or so.

Morning for me.

I absolutely cannot stand training in a crowded gym and waiting for equipment and/or re-arranging my workouts on the fly.

I am usually in the gym around 5:10am and it's deserted.

Morning for me. Army was morning and I just always stayed that way.

mornings are for sleeping...

afternoons are for working out!

I can't train in the morning either. I like around 1pm or so after I have a few meals in me. You'll be stronger later in the day compared to the morning. More fuel etc. that's my experience anyway.

Morning for cardio.... Its brainless but energizing

Around noon for lifts... But I can't do that right now, it would be my preference
