OK so I had major Ostemy surgery in 2017 and part of this was the removal of a Umbilical Hernia which was the mildest issue, and since 2020 I have had 7 total. laparoscopic and Ostomy which complications arose. 2020 I went through 5 due to inept surgeons which my V.A. Docs corrected. I woke once again and his time I was wide open with a wound vac attached. Fast forward 96% healed and ready to get back to my routine.
Drs have told me that lifting will cause my mesh to burst and herniate and that I probably wouldn't survive..Yeah red flags..So is there anyone who has Mesh and has been working a solid routine? The last thing I need is to undergo any further operations..
NOTE: After two years I have been medically found sound to begin work outs...light and aerobic..not happening./.
