Both have there pros and cons, but overall I prefer Var. I like to lift moderately heavy. After a few weeks on winny and I feel it in my joints. Particularly my elbows and wrists. With Var, I can lift heavy without my joints killing me. Plus, winny is harsher on the body based on my body's bloodwork. Yeah, everybody's different, but I find that my (cholesterol) bad ldl levels are way out of whack after six weeks on winny, while compared to a run of Var.
