Wife's first show

I haven't posted on here since my intro. I spend alot of time on other forums but figured I'd share this and I'll post her transformation in the training section as well. In the middle of November she did her first NPC show and got 2-2nd, 2-3rd and 1-4th out of 6 divisions. I'm super proud of her hard work and think the next shows in May and June will be better.

I love her back. She started wanting to just do figure. Me her trainer and her posing coach talked her into crossing into physique too. She's glad she did. She actually had the easy part. She doesn't eat leftovers very well so I cook her meals every night when I get off work. She just has to workout and eat and work of course.

She looks great!! Upper body is well defined and muscular. If she can build and tighten up her lower half, in particular the hamstring/glute area, she will make a jump in placings.

All in all she looks fantastic though!! Congratulations!!
