I just recently went back to eating tilapia. I had gotten burnt out on it and switched to Swai. This is just one more thing to add to the list of potentially harmful things we consume on a daily basis. At some point you have to stop caring.. That is if you are trying to be a bodybuilder etc..

Swai is pretty good. It has a softer/fluffier texture than Tilapia, give it a shot.

You are correct. Last dinner party he his a 12 pack of Italian sausages and a loaf of bread in his ass. We would never have found out if it wasn't for the seasame seeds chief pulled out with his teeth
