Why you need t4 with your hgh

I can't tell the difference using t4 vs in the past just using t3@25mcg with hgh

I take t4/t3 combo tabs at 100/25mcg. First thing am along with 2iu seros. Then take 5iu greys before bed.

answers my question pretty much... I have a couple hand fulls of t3 I will throw in the mix...

Other way around bud t4 converts to t3 in the body, but yes this is generally the way to go with gh is to take a small dose of t4 along with it (100mcg). I personally think the best route would be 100mcg t4 and 25mcg of t3 to keep full thyroid function in the body.

I was always using T3 like most but it makes sense since T4 converts to T3.

Using t4 won't leave you looking flat like t3 does either.

Have free T3 levels checked some time down the road... Some don't convert T4 to T3 well. Make sure the doc orders FREE T3, that is the form that is biologically active.

I agree 100% blood work will tell you where and what you need to supplement in this deal. It's cheap and easy to keep tabs on your body

If i understood this right the best will be to take both T4 AND T3? if so why not just T4 if body converts T4 to T3?
And is FREE T3 the same thing that occurs when T4 converts to T3 ?

to make sure it converts properply. the tiny T3 dose with a semi decent T4 dose is common. Some ppl with thyriod issues have to take that, they cant just take 1 of the 2.
