You my friend win the gold star! sorry, i dont have a better prize. That is exactly how it is supposed to be treated. Does anyone care to hear what low estrogen does to a male?

Fat gain, sex drive killer, no muscle mass gain? I'm seriously interested in this convo here, so you guys that just want to argue , go to the kiddies table and the adults talk for a while. I don't want more chems in my body that dont need to be there

POB I 've often thought like this but didn't want to gamble with gyno. mind me asking what levels of test you're running without an ai, any other aas supps the cycel?

I dont mean to answer your question to POB but gyno wont happen overnight. You will feel nipple sensitivity and at that point you treat it. just my 2 cents. In the past i have ran well over what is acceptable HRT standards prob 7-8x that without one. Then i have some patients on 150mg who get sensitivity. Its just alot to do with genetics and if you are prone or not.

No problem, don't mind at all. I was under the impression once gyno started, symptons, itchy nips soreness etc it was too late. Thats why Ive always ran ai's. So just drop the ai but of course have it on hand for flareup? Which is best? I've recently become a fan of aromasin over adex less sides, actually no sides

Aromasin is the absolute best IMO. It's much easier to manage your levels vs adex or letro. The chemical structure of aromasin is very similar to androstenedione, and thus it actually has the ability to trick the enzymes into thinking it has created a natural coordinate bond that fuses well with the ligand. Arimidex however will over time get "kicked out" of its spot due to increasing competition and low cellular structure match. If not for enzyme up regulation, you would only ever need a single dose of aromasin... Wouldn't that be nice :)

What were you running that you got an estrogen spike? Did you do blood to know it was estrogen? otherwise assuming it was estrogen is just an assumption. How can you say estrogen leaves you feeling weak and soft? Diet changes leave me weak and soft if my carbs are low. Fats make me soft and water retentive. I dont mean to offend you but you are making unsubstantiated claims unless you have your blood done, weren't taking a metric f-load of drugs, and had a diet on point. there are so many variables in that statement its literally un provable unless you can help us out. Remember were talking HRT/TRT dosages and drugs. Anything outside of that relam I really cant answer that because we dont study it in the courses. Hmmmm maybe a doctor needs to have a medical bodybuilding course lol.

By soft and weak I meant emotionally. Every single time I use an aromatizing compound I feel like shit until I start using an AI. I am not talking about TRT/HRT dosages but actual cycles.

Run your estrogen all the way out and then tell me about your sex drive.... Thats why letro kills the sex drive, no estrogen no sex drive. The goal is balance....

Oh I see what were doing here. Were playing little kid word games. I should have said Estrogen helps to fight cancer or even prevent it. You want to come on here though and go " oh no, thats not what you said. you said Get rid of". Seriously? If you want to come on here and play ****ing games go find KBD. If you dont have any valid input except to try to catch me on a word slip up go hang out in the porn section. your input thus far has been completely worthless so if you dont care to have an intelligent discussion leave. Further more you are the one who put "get rid of" I dont see that in my original post you quoted. I said it has been used to treat prostate cancer.

There are two drugs commonly used to treat prostate cancer. Lupron is one and I dont recall the other one.
Estrogen has been used but its not a first line drug and its not very commonly used.
I really dont see your point using this argument regarding estrogen.
You say stuff like teenagers have levels of 80, etc. but thats irrelevant for a grown man on steroids.

By the way they very often chemically castrate you when you get treated for prostate cancer, not relevant info either.

LOve to hear some more follow up to this thread.

I too have been guilty of trying to keep my e2 too low in the past. Right now I'm on 450mg/wk of Test (which is 50mg less than my prescribed TRT Dose) and taking no AI at all with no gyno symptoms what so ever. My coach had suggested this level along with my other "Supplements".

I know the body is going to try to keep a balance of E2 to Test, I guess what everyone wants to know is when is that balance too high on the e2 side and should you lower the test to accomplish the lowwering of e2?

Trt but no estradiol testing!

I can't understand the TRT program that I'm in at the VA. For the past 5 years, I have never been given a test to check for my estrogen level. Actually I never gave it much thought because I don't experience any signs of too much cortisol or estrogen in my blood. Now anyone here would have their eyebrows rising when test levels are a constant 1,500ng/dl. a month, RBC gets too high causing polycythemia, PSA is 6.99 and sometimes higher, then drops to 0.9 all within two months? Plus not one single AI medication was prescribed!!!
I haven't seen the first doctor that prescribed the Test E to me in years and I'm never called in for any monitoring of any of my hormone levels.
I'm back in the center in 2 weeks for an eye exam after that, I'm going to see my PCP and ask what's going on with this lop-sided therapy.
