to be honest man i dont get to deep into that shit, i eat 12 eggs every morning.. Whole. And my cholesterol is a-ok

I dont think eggs make peoples cholesterol go up, its genetics.

^^^^ I would agree. I always eat whole eggs. The best part of the egg is the yoke!

The whole egg is the best for your body and nutrition. Why everyone cuts the yolks out is beyond me. You got fat, fat soluble vitamins, and protein. All that are needed to build muscle, and all really clean and cheap protein source. Throw a few cups of milk in their and now you got yourself a great protein packed meal.
