It's a lot of money to spend. It may be better having it done abroad, but I'd worry about the risks.

Not sure where you're going. There are a few implant places that you fly to their location, stay in a hotel near their facility. Get the first round done, coffee back in a few month and get the finished product. I believe it was around 20k for that.
