They were never known for comfort that's for damn certain. Safety, never had a problem with one getting to the ground, maybe not always in a location I intended though. I started jumping squares in 1996. Been a blessing on the knees ever since.

I was riding those big bastards for over a decade beginning in early '85 got my wings at Ft Benning of course just before heading down to Panama city Fl. for some more "projects" and "training in an alien environment" as they called it at the diving and salvage training center which was brand new at the time...lol "Stand up, hook up and shuffle to the door" and "keep your knees and feet together assholes" Unreal how the years have gone by, jumped last July for my ladies birthday took her tandem, was great fun.
