Which type of salt do you use?

Most recipes today call for kosher or sea salt, so I have them both. They have different amounts of sodium per unit, and have a slightly different amount of "salty" taste to them, so I Made the switch to make cooking easier.

I don't salt my foods though. I Have acquired a taste of low sodium and anything with added salt (other than cooking recipes), is too much for me.

I salt my food with sea salt but I also start each day with a drink consisting of enough coloured salt to cover the bottom of a tall glass and Lime juice topped up with luke warm water .

I always used sea salt because It tastes better then regular table salt but recently started using Himalayan Pink Salt for the traces elements it has.

Ok, I read the article. What if anything have you noticed and how long have you done this?
