Hello

I want to start using protein supplements for my weight
training, and I'm considering

a) Optimum Nutrition 100% Protein
b) Dymatize Elite Whey protein
c) Optimum Nutrition 100% Egg protein
d) BSN True Mass

Do you have any experiene with any of these, and
can you rank them based on

1) Taste
2) Mixability
3) Ingredients
4) Price

Are there other factors concerning the supplement
I should consider?

Since I dont compete, I have found this to be the best bro. It has Casein and Whey so it is good all around and very good at night. Amazon is the best price and Vanilla Ice Cream taste JUST LIKE Vanilla Ice Cream.

Amazon.com: BSN Syntha-6 Protein Powder, Vanilla Ice Cream, 5.04 Pound: Health & Personal Care

Syntha-6 Ingredients are great, they won’t give you any side effects and they’ll help you pack on muscle fast. These are very safe.

Prescription nutrition or true protein...cant be beat...period

their isolates contain no fillers and the guys on other boards rave about them as well...syntha 6 is ok, but i will never buy any bsn product after the scam they pulled with no explode
