i use XTEND's bcaa's from an online source,DPSNUTRITION.comes in different flavors and comes in 60 and 90 servings which last pretty long.6 small scoops into a gallon of water and i sip on that during my workout or fill empty water bottles for during the day at work.since i started supplementing my diet with bcaa's my recovery time between workouts has increased greatly.
some don't beleive in taking them,thinking they get enuff via their whey protein,which might be true but for me i have to take extra cause i know i don't get enuff as it is...
