my issue is I cant' buy anything online as the cuts make all the difference... one brand I'm an L, another brand I'm an XL... same with pants, waist might be pretty much the same but ass, hips, legs, it's why I wear just a couple jeans for years, too lazy.
I hear you. It’s very frustrating with the size thing.

Since most of us workout and we like the results of extra muscle, but also have to wear regular clothes most of the time, here’s a question:

Which body part of yours stands out the most as someone who lifts when you’re wearing regular clothes?

For me, it’s definitely traps. What about you?
T-shirt is arms by far, nice tucked in tailored shirt it is my lat taper and my pecs

This is exactly why I started buying GASP. Yeah they cost too much but I am an ambassador as well as GF and it isnt hard to make that happen. The clothes fit the best I have found.

For me it is always been chest. I've always struggled with getting size on my arms. My quads used to be huge I was known around town as quadzilla I had a really bad motorcycle accident several years back and have never been able to regain everything I lost. Broke my leg in four places I just can't lift like I used to. Part of its mental part of its physical all of it sucks.

Everything I bought I had to take to the tailor and they had to make the thighs bigger.

The older I get the harder is to put on size. But still no matter what I wear my chest still stands out above anything else
Yup, 2010 I got rear ended sitting in a Honda Civic boxed in at a red light by a huge Hummer going about 40mph. At that time I was able to incline 245 for 10-12, and DB row 120's, the biggest the gym had, for 15+. And then it was all downhill as I needed lower back surgery for ruptured disks and I was having brutal Sciatica for at least 6 mo.. Then both hips replaced and a blood clot in my left leg in between surgery's from laying around so much. Once I was healed enough to start lifting again I used the Dogg Crapp routine and made huge gains real quick. Too quick as my left shoulder tendon got frayed and I needed another surgery to repair that. After that I just couldn't get back on track as far as my strength goes. I'll be 63 end of the month so I'm think it's more my age than anything holding me back from my younger yr. gains.
