Since most of us workout and we like the results of extra muscle, but also have to wear regular clothes most of the time, here’s a question:

Which body part of yours stands out the most as someone who lifts when you’re wearing regular clothes?

For me, it’s definitely traps. What about you?

For me it is always been chest. I've always struggled with getting size on my arms. My quads used to be huge I was known around town as quadzilla I had a really bad motorcycle accident several years back and have never been able to regain everything I lost. Broke my leg in four places I just can't lift like I used to. Part of its mental part of its physical all of it sucks.

Everything I bought I had to take to the tailor and they had to make the thighs bigger.

The older I get the harder is to put on size. But still no matter what I wear my chest still stands out above anything else

Haha. Just hard to find a shirt that accents my chest without having the lower part of the shirt flow like a gown!
I hear you. I'm not so big anymore. I downsized. I stay between 195 and 205. 20 -30 lbs heavier and it was a nightmare buying cloths.

Traps and lats. Probably lats even moreso. This is my blessed muscle group. These lats just keep getting bigger and bigger while other muscles fight me.

I run about 355lbs these days. When I lean out to around 270lbs or 280lbs, other muscles start to show.

I spent my 20s and 30s making side money working in a firewood lot. Snatching logs off of the ground made my back pretty strong. Well, made the muscles strong and made the spine suffer. These days I'll pop a Vicodin, slam a Starbucks and head to the gym. It's only pain. :)

For me its always been arms. I used to be bigger and in better shape but I tore both biceps last year and had those two surgeries and I had a parasitic infection we dealt with and I have been absent for a while. I am not what I once was but I still have people make comments about my arms. I had a lady in Walmart just last week ask if she could touch my arms... My legs are fucked after all my surgeries. I had 7 on my left leg and my back once and I am gonna have to have a 5 level fusion but I am trying to stay away form it as long as I can. So yeah, my arms.......

Definitely not my weiner.
