You've a great hammies workout routine
Thanks! I really only started training them hard in the last 6 months or so. They were (still are) my weakest body part, so I am putting a lot of emphasis in bringing them up.

Stiff leg dead lifts are my overall favorite. Followed by standing leg curls.
