What's the Real Problem? GH? Test?

I started taking female test back in end of Jan/Feb given from a friend until we could get our appt in with the dr

I'm just following their protocol first since they only have X-ray at their location and after reviewing it will request an MRI for a deeper dive.
This was the first X-ray I had with them 2 years ago that showed this.

They don't know I'm on GH as well. Just trying to piece this puzzle together to narrow it down to the real issue and if the GH is not working well with me or if it is other outstanding issues just getting worse.
