Still in my weight loss phase so I had a salad with lettuce, shredded carrots, chopped broccoli, and squeezed oranges for "dressing". I'm not sure if it's actually good, or if I'm just getting used to it. Can't wait to get back into bulking so I can eat actual food again :(

Breakfast Cup of mixed veggies, 1 English muffin, and 4 eggs, 1oz shredded cheese, mixed in a scramble.

lunch will be 6oz shredded crackpot chicken, over 1 cup of mixed veggies.
