DC is a great program to insure that you do not overtrain, to get the most out of your ability to recover, and tells you how to deload so you don't get injured from growing to fast. I think its a great program for all especially since most people, new and seasoned, have no idea how to not overtrain or undertrain. Its a great program that sticks to the basics and has a step by step training program. how can anyone go wrong?
Consistency in training and diet are the key to gaining mass. Also, find someone who knows what they are doing and ask them for help. Or even better, find a qualified coach -- someone who has trained guys who have succeeded -- and hire him/her.
