Creatine monohydrate is. The rest of the creatines were invented after making up problems about mono hydrate. Most people don't take it properly by letting it dissolve. That's why those same people get better results from micronized mono hydrate.

thats true most people over do it with creatine mono and get cramps and other sides. I found when i started seeing the sides i would cut the dose back and would be fine.

Anything with monohydrate seems to make me piss like a race horse. I like kre alkalyn personally, no loading or nothing.

Anyone ever try Con-Cret? I liked it, just a lil pricey for the amount of servings you get.
