I was carbless all day, I also fasted until Noon. So far today I have had 8oz ground beef W/1oz of low fat swiss cheese and 4 hardboiled eggs, then I had 10oz of chicken breast W/ 8oz of shrimp, my last meal will be a couple hours from now and that will be 6 whole eggs, 2oz lean ham, and 1oz of low fat swiss cheese. Tomorrow is a carb up day
