Okay....so....
There is more meat than what is in the pictures. I had to cook more than 1 batch because my Dutch oven wasn't big enough. Most Mexicans use a metal "disca" to cook it all in that is bigger. Made tortas with it. Homemade tomatillo chile, homemade beans, homemade rice. The bolillos are bomb, best bread rolls i've had in a long while....store bought fresh out of the oven.
