Never cooked my own brisket before. Willing to try. I have found I enjoy using my brick oven more for slow and low wood fire cooking. (a lot easier to sip beers while a very slow smoky fire goes and let things cook over several hours vs keeping a 1000 deg fire raging and cooking pizzas in 90 seconds. Pizza is just a lot of work.

Share some brisket cooking ideas....I'll give it a shot!

Normally I am getting the below with Mac and Cheese and pulled pork. The sad part is where I used to go burned down and they haven't been rebuilt fully yet. Someday soon I can get my fill.
Brisket
Smoked Turkey
Broccoli Salad

Apple Pie

Something about country style pork ribs soaked down with Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce. I could eat that shit every day and never get tired of it.

Throw some potato salad on the plate next to it and I am good to go.
