looks like a great back workout. what exactly are bent over curls? i mean, other than what seems to be the obvious. and what is their purpose?

I train my whole body once or twice a week with an emphasis on back and hamstrings at the moment. So the last bodypart I trained was all of them. :p

Whole body cuz life got in the way of my last scheduled workout- I FEEL GOOD and sore :)

looks like a great back workout. what exactly are bent over curls? i mean, other than what seems to be the obvious. and what is their purpose?
I support myself on the DB rack with one arm, while bent over (making sure not to round my back). My other arm holding the DB, hangs straight down towards the floor and then curl. I love the stretch it gives my bicep when fully extended. These never fail to make me sore .
