What Type Of Program To Run Next?

    I've been running 5/3/1 for a while and was thinking of going back to 3/5/1. But I was thinking what program would be next after 5/3/1?

    What are bench programs with volume instead of max reps?

    I was also thinking about running the conjugate for upper body.

    1. Pl watch coach of the year
    2. Every program works so fuck it just do it.

    I'll keep them in mind. I think I'll run 3/5/1 or the conjugate for a little bit. The decide if I wanna change or not.
