Honestly I don't know about the beat powder I just added that to my supplement regimen. From everything I've read it's supposed to help with high blood pressure along with the hawthorn berries and sea buckthorn which is an Omega 7 version. I made a mistake in my list up there I don't do krill oil anymore I started doing the sea buckthorn Omega 7. It has definitely helped my cholesterol and blood pressure a lot between those three supplements I just added the beat powder in a couple of weeks ago. The other two knocked almost 70 points off my cholesterol and my blood pressure which is always been moderately high going back as far as when I try to enlist in the Air Force. This gets me down to the low 130 over low 80s sometimes in the 120s over 80

Maybe 20 yrs 81mg aspirin ed for me. The Dermatologist I have on retainer (skin cancers + pre-cancers ... my version of white privilege) always comments about me bleeding a bit. I comment too when I nick myself shaving, but only I use bad words.

Still, it beats clotting too easily. Saw my mother turn from a sharp old lady to requiring 100% care after her stroke, don't wanna go there. Check my bp every day, pop an FDA-approved Rx occasionally when it spikes, but the ed aspirin is my 1st line of defense.
