I have not been training that much since October, hardly at all, and i've not ate well either.....it's me, no excuses, outside of being sick 1-2x.

So right now, i'm taking a little more than I normally would. I tend to take more when I am on more than test, and for periods like now.....yea, covering up my laziness.

5-10 grams of creatine/creapure/d. (TN)
1-2 grams Vit C (am/pm) (TN)
1200-1800mg of NAC (TN)
3-4.5 grams of ALCAR (TN)
500mg BID Citrus Bergamot (Jarrow)
500mg BID Berberine (Best Naturals IIRC?)
300mg BID ALA (TN)
K1/K2 - Life Extensipon
400mg Magnesium Glycinate at night
TN sleep AID
200mg caffeine in the am in place of coffee
Vit D3 5,000iu (TN)
2-3 grams Atragalus (Vitamin Shoppe)
1 gram l-Tryosine in the am (Best Naturals)
600mg alpha-gpc in the am (Jarrow)
Horse Chestnut for vascular health/leg veins (Nature's Way)
Diosmin/Hesperidin for leg vein health (Swanson)

If I can afford Ubiquinol, I take it every now and then.

I just started the leg vein health supps and nootropic supps.....normally do not take them.

Zero supplements here.

I used to take a cupboard full. Now that cupboard just has my trt in it.

I’m a big fan of blending whole fruit up and drinking it with kale and/or spinach. Almost every single day, I make a fresh shake. Organic 95% of the time. If I weren’t getting that, I’d be finding a multivitamin and a fiber sup, but for now, just whole foods (my fucking autocorrect just tried so hard for so long to capitalize that as if the only way Americans can use those two words together is if they’re referring to the store Whole Foods, go ahead and try typing it in your phone and see if it doesn’t try to teach you).

To each their own. Not judging anyone for supplementing whatever they feel they need to cover their bases.

I’ll start experimenting with supplements for anti-aging and whatnot over the next decade, as I start to really see the signs of aging in my skin. Then again, I’ll likely spend a bunch of money for minimal results, only to turn to hgh to simplify and get real results, much like going from supplements to gear, lol.

Damn brother.Im sorry to hear about all your health issues.Sucks for sure I can only imagine.

Yea, we definitely have to love and cherish the body we are in.Sadly, when we're young we think we're invinceable but as we age we see just how much we are not.
I mean other people of course.I AM INVINCEABLE.LOL.

Stay tough my Big Brother.

Hey Bro.....I never though I will live past Vietnam. Then was shocked when I live to be 30. One I got into my 60's all of this hard living and abuse started coming back on me. But like Ronnie Coleman, you don't just lay down and die, you fight back and beat it all. You got to keep going. Got lots of injuries to repair but Ihave been on top of my health and have some amazing blood work and pretty low blood pressure for my age and size.
