What physical activity do you do besides working out?

I just recently got a bike to get to and from work partly to save money on gas (premium ain't cheap!) and partly because I like the cardio and this seemed like a cost effective and fun way to fit it in. Plus I essentially have a desk job so the extra activity helps keep me sane.

I'm curious what you guys/gals do to help keep in shape aside from hitting the gym.

But seriously I bought a bike last summer too. Actually Mrs Flex bought it for me. :)

I can honestly say I rode it maybe 5 times last year and I haven't touched it yet this year.

Promised myself I'd go for a ride this weekend.

I like anything that is high intensity. Tempo runs, HIIT, hill sprints, boxing or kick-boxing, tabata, metabolic conditioning, anything really. I don't like cycling that much but I love swimming.

Boot camp, hike, endurance races (Obstacle runs)......that's about it :)

I change channels on the tv, occasionally walk to the refrigerator and post mindlessly on TID.

Softball (because I apparently wasn't good enough to play baseball) pick up football, recess (seriously), hunting, fishing, hiking, walking the dog, kayaking, and want to get a bike.

its summer on the lake so wakeboarding and wakesurfing. all day of that wears me out. also the 12oz curls add definition haha

I ride and train horses, then chasing after 4 boys, and before I hurt myself I was doing BJJ. I'm thinking of starting that back up again...of course beer curls, and whisky dead lists, and rum squats....
